Everything in AI-DLC Workspace plus Expert Installation. We deploy the infrastructure across your team in three phases — designed so the system runs without us. Includes MCP configuration, Git Hook setup, role-specific training, and weekly calibration.

Days 1–30: Infrastructure Setup
Stateful MCP Servers deployed and configured. Git Hooks installed across target repos. Steering Docs seeded with your org standards, team conventions, and system architecture. Context layer operational.
Phase 2
Days 31–60: The Pilot Bolt
We embed with one squad and run a full AI-DLC cycle end-to-end — Inception through Operations — on real work. Weekly calibration sessions tune the infrastructure as patterns emerge.
Phase 3
Days 61–90: Operational Scaling
Training TPMs on the Visual Orchestrator. Scaling the AI-DLC Standard from one squad to the organization. By day 90, the infrastructure is self-sustaining — no ongoing dependency on SimplyGoose.
