Implementing the AWS AI-DLC Standard

The Workspace is the software. Implementation is how you get it running at full velocity.

The AI-DLC Workspace is the SaaS platform — Stateful MCPs, Steering Docs, Git Hooks, and the Visual Orchestrator installed directly into your repos. Expert Implementation ensures your team transitions from unstructured AI to the AI-DLC Standard seamlessly.

We don't just give you the Workspace — we install the culture and context required to run it at 10x velocity. Every engagement runs on your actual work, your actual team, and your actual delivery challenges.

One Platform, Two Modes

Self-serve the software. Or add expert installation.

AI-DLC Workspace is the daily operating surface — Stateful MCPs enforce phase gates, Steering Docs preserve intent, Git Hooks block bad merges, and the Visual Orchestrator gives leadership the bird's-eye view. It's the AI-DLC Standard made concrete in infrastructure.

Expert Implementation is the installation layer. We configure the Workspace for your team's culture, train every role on the AI-DLC Standard, and calibrate weekly until the infrastructure runs without us. Designed to make itself unnecessary.

Workspace + Implementation

Custom

90 days embedded — full AI-DLC infrastructure installation

Everything in AI-DLC Workspace plus Expert Installation. We deploy the infrastructure across your team in three phases — designed so the system runs without us. Includes MCP configuration, Git Hook setup, role-specific training, and weekly calibration.

Phase 1

Days 1–30: Infrastructure Setup

Stateful MCP Servers deployed and configured. Git Hooks installed across target repos. Steering Docs seeded with your org standards, team conventions, and system architecture. Context layer operational.

Phase 2

Days 31–60: The Pilot Bolt

We embed with one squad and run a full AI-DLC cycle end-to-end — Inception through Operations — on real work. Weekly calibration sessions tune the infrastructure as patterns emerge.

Phase 3

Days 61–90: Operational Scaling

Training TPMs on the Visual Orchestrator. Scaling the AI-DLC Standard from one squad to the organization. By day 90, the infrastructure is self-sustaining — no ongoing dependency on SimplyGoose.

Entry point

Workshop + Workspace

$15K–$25K

2 days on-site or remote — Workspace licenses included

Two-day engagement. We install the AI-DLC Workspace on your actual repos, run all three phases on real work, and deliver a role-by-role breakdown with a customized implementation roadmap. Workspace licenses included.

Deliverables

  • AI-DLC Workspace installed and configured for your team
  • Live run-through on 2-3 real tickets from your backlog
  • Role-by-role breakdown of responsibilities within the lifecycle
  • Workspace licenses included — your team keeps the infrastructure

Who it's for

  • Teams evaluating the AI-DLC Standard before committing to full implementation
  • Engineering leaders who need to see the process on real work
  • Orgs that want a structured assessment before a larger engagement

AI-DLC Practitioner Certification

One-day intensive for engineers, PMs, and leads. Hands-on exercises on real Bolts, certification exam, and ongoing access to the AI-DLC practitioner community. Engineering and Product tracks available.

$3K–$5K/person

Add to any engagement or run standalone

Quick Guide

Not sure where to start?

1

"We need to see it before we commit."

Start with the Workshop + Workspace. Two days. Your real repos. You'll leave with the AI-DLC Workspace installed, licenses included, and a clear picture of what it looks like on your team.

2

"We're ready to install the process."

Go straight to Workspace + Implementation. Full infrastructure deployment, full support, designed to be self-sustaining by day 90.

3

"We've done the Workshop and want to go deeper."

The Workshop naturally leads into Workspace + Implementation. Workshop investment applies as credit toward the full engagement.

4

"We want to upskill specific people."

Add AI-DLC Certification to any engagement — or run it standalone for teams that already have the Workspace running and want to deepen practitioner expertise.

Our Approach

We install on your actual repos. Not a sandbox.

1

Your backlog, your team, your problems

Every engagement runs on real tickets from your real backlog. We don't use demo projects or hypothetical scenarios. The process gets tested on the actual complexity your team faces every day.

2

Designed to make itself unnecessary

The 90-Day is structured in three arcs specifically so your team can run AI-DLC independently by the end. We're not building a dependency — we're installing a capability.

3

Process, not tools

We don't replace your existing tools. The AI-DLC Workspace sits across whatever you already use — GitHub, Linear, Jira, Slack. The value is the infrastructure layer, not another tool migration.

Next Step

Tell us where you are.
We'll tell you what makes sense.

Every engagement starts with a discovery call. We'll learn about your team, your current process, and your delivery challenges — and recommend the right starting point. No pressure. No pitch deck.
