AIDLC implementation, the way your team will actually stick to it.

SimplyGoose offers two products. AIDLC Workspace is the software platform — the structured process layer your team runs every day. AIDLC Consulting is how we stand it up — making sure the process is installed correctly, adopted fully, and sustained after we leave.

The consulting exists to make the Workspace stick. Every engagement is built around your actual work, your actual team, and your actual delivery challenges. No sandboxes. No hypotheticals.

Two Products, One Methodology

The Workspace runs AIDLC. The consulting stands it up.

AIDLC Workspace is the daily operating surface — where requirements get structured, where AI executes against specs, where humans review at every checkpoint. It's the process made concrete in software.

AIDLC Consulting is the implementation layer. We configure the Workspace for your team's context, train every role on their responsibilities within the lifecycle, and calibrate the process weekly until it runs without us. The consulting is designed to make itself unnecessary.

Consulting Engagements

Three ways in. One process installed.

Starting point

AIDLC Workshop

$15K–$25K

2 days on-site or remote

Two-day engagement designed to give your leadership and senior ICs a hands-on understanding of AIDLC — running it on your actual work, not a demo project.

Deliverables

  • AIDLC process map customized to your team structure
  • Live run-through on 2-3 real tickets from your backlog
  • Role-by-role breakdown of responsibilities within the lifecycle
  • Implementation readiness assessment and recommendations

Who it's for

  • Teams evaluating AIDLC before committing to full implementation
  • Engineering leaders who need to see the process on real work
  • Orgs that want a structured assessment before a larger engagement

Recommended

90-Day Implementation

$75K–$150K

Full AIDLC installation across your team

The complete engagement. We install AIDLC across your team in three arcs — designed so the process sticks after we leave. Includes Workspace deployment, role-specific training, and weekly calibration.

Arc 1

Days 1–7: Setup

Workspace deployment, team onboarding, role mapping, and initial process configuration. We set the foundation with your actual backlog and your actual team structure.

Arc 2

Days 8–60: Guided Execution

We run AIDLC alongside your team on real work. Weekly calibration sessions adjust the process as patterns emerge. Every role builds muscle memory through repetition, not theory.

Arc 3

Days 61–90: Independent Operation

Your team runs AIDLC independently. We observe, advise, and fine-tune. By day 90, the process is self-sustaining — no ongoing dependency on SimplyGoose.

For practitioners

AIDLC Practitioner Certification

$3K–$5K/person

1 day intensive

One-day intensive for engineers, PMs, and leads who want to master AIDLC at the practitioner level. Hands-on exercises on real work, certification exam, and ongoing access to the AIDLC practitioner community.

Engineering Track

Deep dive into Construction phase mechanics — structured specs, AI-assisted implementation, checkpoint-based review, and the human-decides-AI-executes pattern applied to code.

Product & Leadership Track

Focus on Inception and Operations — structuring requirements for AI execution, managing review checkpoints, and maintaining delivery coherence across roles and phases.

Quick Guide

Not sure where to start?

1

"We need to see it before we commit."

Start with the Workshop. Two days. Your real work. You'll leave with a clear picture of what AIDLC looks like on your team.

2

"We're ready to install the process."

Go straight to the 90-Day Implementation. Full installation, full support, designed to be self-sustaining by day 90.

3

"We've done the Workshop and want to go deeper."

The Workshop naturally leads into the 90-Day. Workshop investment applies as credit toward the full implementation.

4

"We want to upskill specific people."

Add Certification to any engagement — or run it standalone for teams that already have AIDLC running and want to deepen practitioner expertise.

Our Approach

We implement on your actual work. Not a sandbox.

1

Your backlog, your team, your problems

Every engagement runs on real tickets from your real backlog. We don't use demo projects or hypothetical scenarios. The process gets tested on the actual complexity your team faces every day.

2

Designed to make itself unnecessary

The 90-Day is structured in three arcs specifically so your team can run AIDLC independently by the end. We're not building a dependency — we're installing a capability.

3

Process, not tools

We don't replace your existing tools. AIDLC Workspace sits across whatever you already use — GitHub, Linear, Jira, Slack. The value is the process layer, not another tool migration.

Next Step

Tell us where you are.
We'll tell you what makes sense.

Every engagement starts with a discovery call. We'll learn about your team, your current process, and your delivery challenges — and recommend the right starting point. No pressure. No pitch deck.
