1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using simplygoose.com (the "Site") or any products and services offered by SimplyGoose ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Site or our services.

2. Use of the Site

The Site provides information about SimplyGoose, the AIDLC methodology, AIDLC Workspace, and our consulting services. You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its servers, or any connected systems.
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the content on the Site without our written permission.
• Use any automated system, including bots, scrapers, or spiders, to access the Site for any purpose without our express written consent.

3. AIDLC Workspace

Access to and use of the AIDLC Workspace product is governed by a separate Software-as-a-Service agreement provided at the time of subscription. These Terms of Service govern your use of the marketing site only. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Workspace SaaS agreement, the SaaS agreement prevails with respect to the Workspace product.

4. Consulting Services

All consulting engagements — including Workshops, 90-Day Engagements, and Certification programs — are governed by separate consulting agreements executed between SimplyGoose and the client prior to the start of any engagement. Pricing listed on the Site represents typical ranges and is subject to change based on scope, team size, and engagement specifics.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, design, and the AIDLC methodology documentation — is the intellectual property of SimplyGoose and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. The AIDLC methodology itself, as implemented through the Workspace product and consulting services, is proprietary to SimplyGoose.

AIDLC artifacts created by your team using the Workspace product are owned by you. We claim no ownership over content you generate within your own repositories.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content, information, and materials provided on the Site are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the content on the Site or the content of any third-party sites linked to from the Site.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SimplyGoose shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

8. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services that are not owned or controlled by SimplyGoose. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Use of third-party sites is at your own risk.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures outlined in the applicable consulting or SaaS agreement, or, in the absence of such an agreement, through binding arbitration.
